ProgressI categorize progress in phases - | Sketch | Approved | Rendering | Rigging | Finished | 
PaymentI won't go past "Sketch" phase before first half is received, and I won't share model files until full payment is received, there is a 2-month deadline to receive second half of payment, additionally, mode files won't be shared to you until full payment is received on my account, payment plans are discussable for models costing over 1000$ total. I only use Stripe. 
RefundsNO Refunds except for if I cancel the commission, you can't change your mind after you approved the sketch, or I started the rigging process if it's rigging-only 
ChargebackChargeback is NOT allowed, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me forever if you do, and added to a public blacklist 
Delivery TimeStandard Delivery is 60 days (about 2 months) from when sketch is approved & first half of payment is received. Alternatively, there is a Rush Fee to make this process faster however, making it 30 days (1-month). 
Queue TimeWaiting time varies based on the queue, check the Trello to see if there's any people ahead of you, and what phase current commissions are in currently, I won't start on the commission until it's your turn, likewise, I won't charge you anything until it's your turn, except for "queue-skip rush fee" if you opt-in for that. All type of commissions share queue 
Commercial FeeCommercial Fee is already included.
